Clay plaster from our own production and from Portuguese clay pits

Clay plaster, an organic building material that has been known for centuries, is gaining increasingly in popularity again due to its impressive health benefits.
Absorbs pollutants, stores heat and provides a constant level of humidity.

People who suffer from allergies are also delighted with the healthy atmosphere
it creates indoors, free of harmful substances.
It's also ideal for use on the interior walls of natural stone houses, such as
those we see so often here in Portugal.

Our clay plaster contains no artificial additives, is biodegradable, therefore does not have to be disposed of as hazardous waste when a building is demolished and helps regulates the indoor climate.

Clay also has the property of absorbing pollutants and vapours.

In addition, clay does not form mould, which makes it particularly suitable for bathrooms (except in areas exposed to splashing water.) The moisture in the room is absorbed directly by the clay plaster, so that condensation often does not even form.

Our clay plaster is supplied in 50 litre sacks or big bags (~1000l).
These can be picked up at our premises or we can arrange the transport for you.
